This policy covers every Arcade Axis title published on Google Play. Per-game data disclosures (what each specific game collects) are also listed on that game's Google Play Data Safety section.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum data needed to run, improve, and monetize our games. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.

Our games and the third-party services they use may collect the following:

a. Device and Identifier Data

• Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID) — used to show ads and measure ad performance.
• Device identifiers and technical data — such as device model, operating system version, language, region, and app version.

b. Gameplay and Usage Data

• In-game activity — such as levels reached, progress, in-game actions, and session length. This helps us understand how our games are played and where to improve them.

c. Purchase Data

• Purchase history — records of in-app purchases you make. Payments are processed by Google Play Billing; we do not receive or store your credit card, debit card, or banking details.

d. Diagnostics and Crash Data

• Crash logs and diagnostic information — technical data about crashes, errors, and performance, used to fix bugs and keep our games stable.

We do not knowingly collect any sensitive personal information.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Operate, maintain, and provide our games;
• Save and sync your in-game progress;
• Process and verify in-app purchases;
• Display and measure advertisements;
• Understand how players use our games so we can improve them;
• Detect, diagnose, and fix crashes, bugs, and performance issues;
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and technical problems.

4. Third-Party Services

Our games use trusted third-party services that may collect and process information under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them:

About advertising: Our games display ads served through CAS.AI ad mediation. Ad mediation connects our games to multiple advertising networks, which may use your Advertising ID and related device data to deliver and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. CAS.AI shares data with its own ad-network and demand partners; the current list of CAS.AI's third-party partners is available at cas.ai. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the data practices of these advertising partners.

5. How Information Is Shared

We share information only as described here:

• With the third-party services listed above, so they can perform their functions (analytics, ads, purchases).
• With advertising partners (through CAS.AI mediation), which may receive your Advertising ID and device data to serve and measure ads.
• For legal reasons, if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or us.
• In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary sense of selling data for money.

6. Advertising Choices

You can control ad personalization at the device level:

• Reset or delete your Advertising ID: Android Settings → Privacy → Ads (menu names vary by device).
• Opt out of personalized ads: In the same Ads settings menu, enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (or "Delete advertising ID" on newer Android versions).

Opting out does not remove ads; it limits ad personalization.

7. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Analytics and crash data are retained according to the retention settings of the relevant third-party services (for example, Firebase's configured retention period). Purchase records may be retained as required for financial, tax, and legal purposes.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your country, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, or to object to certain processing.

To make a request, email us at privacy@arcadeaxis.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also exercise certain rights (such as resetting your Advertising ID) directly through your device settings as described in Section 6.

9. Children's Privacy

Our games are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information collected through our games. Data transmitted by our games and their service providers is encrypted in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Data Transfers

The third-party services we use may process and store data on servers located in countries other than yours. By using our games, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in such countries, which may have different data-protection laws than your own.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may be communicated through our games or their Google Play listings. Your continued use of our games after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
